Program Participation Funding
The WeDareLab program works in the form of an exchange. For eight months, the program offers you services such as advice or support for your acceleration. In return, at the end of the program, the Etam Group converts the debt generated by the services provided into share warrants (“BSA AIR”) enabling subscription to the capital of your company. The conditions of these BSA AIR can be discussed during the drafting of the contract with the WeDareLab if your company is selected. This mode of exchange is a mandatory condition to join the WeDareLab.
